About Edel Cuadra

Following his graduation from Baylor in 2002, Edel returned to Dallas, Texas to begin practicing law. Thereafter, for nearly 20 years, Edel specialized in labor and employment law and represented employers exclusively. He worked both as an outside counsel and in-house counsel for employers. In doing so, Edel had multiple jury trials and non-jury trials in both federal and state courts.

He also represented employers in many arbitrations. His experience with employers gave Edel insight into the motivations of employers and exposure to the tactics that employers use when dealing with their employees. Today, Edel uses the experiences he gained with employers to represent employees. Specifically, he uses his knowledge of how employers and defense firms operate to benefit his clients. Edel is passionate about vindicating the rights of employees and holding employers accountable.
